Overview:
NURTURE Talent is a UK-based artist management and bookings agency representing emerging and established DJs and producers across the electronic music scene. Formerly WYLD Talent, the rebrand marked the next stage of the agency’s development. As the business matured, its identity needed to move beyond the energy and rebellion associated with WYLD and better reflect its focus on artist growth, guidance and long-term career development.
The project covered the development of a new visual identity and brand system, followed by its application across digital, print and a new artist roster document.
Brief:
The primary goals of the rebrand were to:
• Reposition WYLD Talent as NURTURE Talent, reflecting the agency’s progression into a more mature artist management and bookings business.
• Create a flexible visual system capable of working across artist communications, digital platforms, print and event environments..
• Balance the professionalism expected from an artist management agency with the character and energy of underground electronic music.
• Develop a consistent artist roster document that could present a growing range of talent under one recognisable NURTURE identity.
The Identity:
Rather than completely abandoning the visual equity of WYLD, the new NURTURE identity was developed as an evolution of the existing brand.
The original downward-facing leaf symbol was reworked into an upward-facing mark, shifting its meaning towards growth, direction and progression. The surrounding form creates a shield-like structure, representing the guidance and support NURTURE provides its artists, while the central upward movement reflects ambition and development.
This idea became the foundation of the wider identity: a brand designed to feel considered and professional without becoming disconnected from the music culture it represents.
Visual System:
The wider system pairs a restrained charcoal and off-white foundation with Wild Purple, carried forward as a visual link to the agency’s WYLD origins.
Memoir introduces a distinctive display voice across the identity, while Space Grotesk provides a functional type system for artist information, communications and supporting content.
Abstract monochrome textures introduce movement and depth, referencing sound and progression without relying on conventional music-industry graphics. Combined with artist and event photography, the system can shift between the more refined requirements of artist management and the energy of live electronic music.
Artist Roster
A key application of the new identity was the development of NURTURE Talent's artist roster.
The document needed to bring a growing group of artists under one consistent system while allowing each individual to retain their own visual character. A modular editorial structure was developed around large-format artist photography, concise biographies, release credentials and social platforms.
Rather than treating the roster as a simple directory, it became an extension of the NURTURE identity and a practical tool for presenting the agency and its artists to promoters, labels and industry partners.
