Overview:
As a Graphic Designer at St. Modwen Homes, I played a key role in shaping the brand’s visual identity across print, digital, and out-of-home (OOH) marketing. My work covered a broad scope, from designing brochures and site plans for new developments to producing large-scale advertising campaigns that enhanced brand visibility and customer engagement.
Working closely with the senior graphic designer, marketing managers, technical teams, and external suppliers, I ensured that all creative outputs were not only visually impactful but also strategically aligned with the company’s marketing objectives. Every project was an opportunity to refine the customer journey, whether through informative sales materials, engaging advertisements, or cohesive brand storytelling.
Brief:
The primary goal of my role was to develop high-quality marketing collateral that supported new development launches and wider brand campaigns. My work spanned multiple formats and channels, including:
• Brochures – Designed in-depth guides featuring floor plans, site layouts, and nearby amenities, collaborating with senior marketing and technical teams to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Wallboards & Site Plans – Large-scale assets used in sales centres and site hoardings to provide a clear overview of available homes.
• Out-of-home (OOH) & Digital Advertising – Created billboards, roundabout signage, Rightmove banners, Google Display ads, and 6-sheets to generate awareness and drive enquiries.
• Email & Social Media Campaign Assets – Developed branded templates and promotional graphics to support digital marketing efforts.
• Print Advertising & Event Signage – Designed press ads, flyers, and on-site promotional materials for industry events and marketing campaigns.
• Brand Asset Development – Contributed to evolving brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent, modern, and engaging visual identity across all materials.
